USWDS-Site - Add contextual information to the showcase list to make it more useful

During top tasks usability testing 🔒, users commented that the showcase list is overwhelmingly long and that it would be more useful to them if we provided some context around the list related to that agency's usage of USWDS. They wanted to know which sites USWDS deems exemplary, or the extent to which the site was using USWDS.

Possible next steps:

• Audit the showcase list to determine what sites we want to keep sharing
• Determine what type of contextual information we want to provide. For instance, do we want to categorize the sites by agency service "type" to make it easier for agencies to see sites that might be relatable? Do we want to pick a few we deem exemplary and highlight those?

@finekatie Thanks for the heads up! I guess maybe we close the old and say the work continues in this issue, just to refresh the context for why we are doing this work. I'm glad it was already on our radar!
