After speaking with a few external data analyst groups, we have found the following ideas/improvements:

Davis County:

Get more detailed Property Type List
Year Built is overwritten with newest improvement (BLTADESCRIPTION was the old field in the database)

New Field Request

Unit Count for all apartments property types
