If prepared responses show on the agent's side without any group and team so the agent should not delete these prepared responses created from the admin side

How to reproduce
Step 1: Create a prepared response from the admin side without any group and team:

Step 2: Now check on the agent side here are prepared responses shown without sharing group and team options:

Step 3: Now delete this prepared response so this prepared response is deleted easily

Step 4: If we are editing these prepared responses so here shows edit successfully pop-up but after again check here not update the prepared response

Possible Solution

• If we create a prepared response without any group and team from the admin side so on the agent side should not be shown these prepared responses without any group and team sharing.
