Question

Is there an issue with Rocky 9 Patches (Errata) being imported into Uyuni? I have not see any updates since 01 August 2024. Errata from EPEL and Amazon Linux on the same system are working swimmingly.

Version of Uyuni Server and Proxy (if used)

How did you get channel 'rockylinux9-x86_64-appstream' with https://download.rockylinux.org/pub/rocky/9/AppStream/x86_64/os/ ?

Can you please try with rockylinux9-appstream channel?

I received that label by using spacewalk-common-channels.

I started from scratch to recreate the channel -- I've attached the log which did change the repo source. Still with the same amount of patches and nothing since 01 August.

[rockylinux9-appstream]
label = %(base_channel)s-appstream
archs = x86_64, aarch64, ppc64le, s390x
checksum = sha256
name = Rocky Linux 9 AppStream (%(arch)s)
base_channels = rockylinux9-%(arch)s
repo_url = https://mirrors.rockylinux.org/mirrorlist?repo=AppStream-9&arch=%(arch)s

please check if your spacewalk-common-channels.ini looks lke ^^ : in case not you can try to:

  • remove the current channel
  • change spacewalk-common-channel.ini
  • re add the channel
