Configuration Parameters needs to be updated in vaadin document

The docs in https://vaadin.com/docs/latest/integrations/spring/configuration#special-configuration-parameters still mentions using the properties vaadin.blacklisted-packages and vaadin.whitelisted-packages but this PR vaadin/spring#1080 has replaced 'blacklist' and 'whitelist' with 'blocked' and 'allowed'

@jouni should this be back-ported also to v23, v22 and v14? It should probably be done manually because of the different folder structure. If needed, I can take care of it.
