Repro Steps

Deploy latest OS build (26120.1350).
Perform Windows Updates.
Install the application from vendor site.
Launch the application.
Click on Setting and uninstall Option.
Click on Import settings.
Select the supported file .
Observe.
Click on default settings.

Actual Result:
Error is observed while importing a file and performing default setting
