Requirements

Hi! First, thanks for the great work. Super interesting results and I'm excited to try the model out for myself!

I'm having a couple issues when installing all the requirements. It could be because i'm working on a fresh Ubuntu installation, but when I'm running conda env create -f environment.yml, it's not downloading all of the required files automatically for me. Some of the packages which it misses seem harmless enough - tqdm, scipy, etc. which I can download without much fear of version mismatching. but others like torch_geometric, torch_scatter, pytorch, I'm a little more hesitant and worried I'll have the wrong versions of. Is this my computer / conda setup goof'ing? could you perhaps provide a show of the versions of the different packages? thank you!
