This script installs a template such that a new ipython notebook can be created from the File->New menu in windows explorer.

Installation: First install (nbopen)[https://github.com/takluyver/nbopen] and run python win-install.py, in order to make sure that ipython notebooks are opened on double click and to make sure the necessary registry items are in place

Run as administrator: install.bat
