This is a module-specific issue, and very few module developers check the github issues. Your best bet is to go to the module page in the wiki, make sure you're logged in (it's the same user name and password as the forums, but you do need to log in separately, at least the first time), and then you should be able to see the module developer's e-mail (if they provided one). Alternatively, some module developers will see posts in the Module Support category on the forums, but I wouldn't count on that.
