Windows 10 Home - Executable Failing After Language Select #58

The executable for a fully updated Windows 10 Home (running from a 128 GB Sans thumb drive) just opens the language selection screen and never progresses after that. Taking the exact same thumb drive to another OS, for example Windows 7, works fine. After language selection the main GUI pops up.

There are no logs in the Windows Event Viewer to show any type of failure has occurred. This machine has never had any prior versions of VirtualBox installed.

EDIT: This is the VirtualBox v5.1.22 build.
