portable virtualbox not running because of program compatibility assistant

so i was trying to run portable virtuablox but when i run portable virtualbox it shows the splash screen for a second then it closes (i checked in task manager) and it shows the program compatibility assistant with a message that this app cannot run on this device because it causes security and preformance issues (the screenshot is in polish because me and windows are both polish)

On fresh Windows assemblies you need to put Virtualbox 7.x.x, Versions will not work below
