Description

When validating PDF/A-1a files having text with characters outside the ASCII-range the validation rule for clause: 6.3.8 reports a failure regarding the Unicode-mapping.
However, the attached file uses a Type1 font with WinAnsiEncoding and the reported character is part of WinAnsiEncoding. For that reason the Unicode-Mapping is defined and the file should not fail validation.

Can you confirm this issue?
