Description

The attached file passes validation although Adobe Reader brings an error message.

It isn't even a valid PDF because q, Q, and cm are used between BT and ET, see discussion:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PDFBOX-4159

I am using greenfield version 1.11.12, downloaded today from http://downloads.verapdf.org/dev/verapdf-installer.zip.
