Revamped TextTrack functionality

Going to create a new mega issue with a task list for caption and text track related functionality in a task list form.

• Native Captions, HTML5 Tech only - Support native captions in html5 tech. #1656
  • How to add a track from a remote url -- HTML expects a new track element added
  • Add Player#textTracks, just proxy the call
  • Add Player#addTextTrack, just proxy the call
  • Update captions menu to display the selected text track by setting the texttrack mode to "showing"
• Non-Native captions, Flash, HLS, HTML (if no native captions support)
  • How to add a track from a remote url
  • Parse out the vtt files into a TextTracks. Maybe with vtt.js.
  • Have local shims for, again, maybe via vtt.js:
    • TextTrackList
    • TextTrack
    • TextTrackCueList
    • TextTrackCue
    • VTTCue (a subclass of TextTrackCue).
  • Update the displayed captions with the activeCues. Perhaps as a timeupdate listener.
• Figure out ads and playing different videos
• Done with text tracks

vttjs has merged mozilla/vtt.js#337 in. Waiting for the second PR which adds the vttjs object exporting.
