Add mobile to database

Hi,
I've seen that, for reproduce the 360 video in a mobile phone, it needs to be in the database into the plugin code.
I would like to know if there is a solution for the mobile phones that aren't in the database.
Can I fixed it wit default values? Can I add it to the database? In case that I could, how could I extract the properly information for it?
