[BUG]: schema engine.reload failure

On an import via vreplication if a view is copied which is defined by a user that does not exists in the Vitess setup the schema engine reload method fails which does not allow vttablet to come up.

The immediate first step here is to ignore such errors on schema engine reload method.

The next step would be to fix such cases during the import phase (currently not in scope for this issue to be resolved).
