Probably you have old eslint-plugin-vitest. Can you try upgrade?
Their repo is https://github.com/vitest-dev/eslint-plugin-vitest/, so you should ask it there for further question.

it seems with pnpm it installs max v0.5.4. With pnpm I can't install the latest > v1 version.

It seems on npm the latest version is 0.5.4 according to the versions page: https://www.npmjs.com/package/eslint-plugin-vitest?activeTab=versions

Ok I found the solution. I have to install the eslint page differently. See the README here: https://github.com/vitest-dev/eslint-plugin-vitest

It works now.
