If Project E is installed, the FE meter always has EMC value and thus, can be "transmutated" and created by pure EMC; meters created through this method display the energy values for a single second and then just 0 (on micro energy, FE or any one selected).
When using EnderIO conduits, the meter stays at 0 (no matter the energy type selected, even micro energy); tried with basic, second tier and ender conduits, all same result.

Hi, I am unable to replicate your issue with the EnderIO conduits - they work great with the energy meters when I try it.

Are you sure you're connecting the conduits to the correct sides? The blue side is input and the red side is output.
If you replace the energy meter with another conduit, does the energy flow correctly?
