Plugin ObjectStatusResponse does not update views

Describe the problem/challenge you have
Plugins can provide an ObjectStatusResponse consisting of a status (color), details (components to show when expanded from clicking the colored icon), and properties (additional metadata that renders with components).

Due to changes and lack of use of this feature, the object status response from plugins have no impact on the resource viewer or any other views.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create tests for cases where an object status is updated via plugins
