Error while opening Octant

What steps did you take and what happened:

I just installed octant using the downloaded exe file from website and open it. It gave the following Error
Title
A JavaScript error occurred in the main process

Error
Uncaught Exception:
Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:55058
at TCPConnectWrap.afterConnect [as oncomplete] (net.js:1146:16)

If I close the error popup octant is working

What did you expect to happen:
Octant should have opened up without any issues

Environment:

• Octant version (use octant version): 0.25.1.0
• Kubernetes version (use kubectl version): 1.20.6
• OS (macOS 10.15, Windows 10, Ubuntu 19.10 etc): Windows 10

I have the same error. The localhost port changes on each launch.
