那就是mathjax3不支持了

此见该Issue。
目前的MathJax尚未实现使用\\换行，可以确认这个问题是MathJax的问题。

这里建议使用\displaylines{}进行换行。
一例使用如下：
\displaylines{x = a + b \\ y = b + c}

希望VNote能提供更多LaTeX渲染引擎的支持 :3
