Errors with loading remodal sometimes

Sometimes remodal does not load and popups don't open. I think it is not working because jquery was not loaded yet. Sometimes(!) I get the following error in IE 11/FF45:

Unable to get property 'normalize' of undefined or null reference
requireJS.js, Line1, Column 6851

And:

Object exptected
web-core.js, Line 6, Col 9428

Any ideas? :)
