Similar to voxpupuli/puppet-epel#108,

# dnf update
Invalid configuration value: failovermethod=priority in /etc/yum.repos.d/epel.repo; Configuration: OptionBinding with id "failovermethod" does not exist

In RH8 the option failovermethod has been removed.
