Downloads: No way to natively save as .csv or appropriate file format

Sometimes there's an error message on GH saying the file is too large. Additionally, there's no way to natively save file as .csv. It shows up appearing only in your browser immediately after selecting the [download] button. There's no "save as option" in Chrome after selecting "Download".

The workaround is to [right click] [save as] and ensure [csv] file appears and then [save].

There needs to be documentation eg. a readme file to assist users/readers especially those unfamiliar with GitHub and not tech-savvy.
