How should I ask questions?

We're trying out GH discussion for problem-solving, RFCs, ideas and showcases!
We'll move the docs FAQ section here as well, as updating it is apparently not working when we're answering the questions in different communication channels.

1. First of all - search for similar issues, maybe someone had this problem before.
2. Ask your question. If you have a problem provide reproduction steps. More detailed and atomic question - quicker someone should be able to help you out.
