Replace Thirdweb for WalletConnect

We are currently using MetaMask as the sole wallet option for connecting via ThirdWeb, which introduces unnecessary complexity for a simple task like retrieving a user's address to mint an NFT. This approach limits our flexibility and adds a heavy dependency on MetaMask and ThirdWeb.

We should replace MetaMask with WalletConnect directly, which will enable us to support a wider range of wallets, including those in ecosystems like Solana and Polkadot. This change will not only simplify the user experience but also broaden the scope of wallet compatibility for our platform.
