Workshop: fingerprinting protections

Building on a TPAC2023 breakout (minutes) on "Evolving anti-fingerprinting protections", there is interest in a workshop on fingerprinting protections, possibly as soon as January 2024.

I am interested in this workshop from the payments perspective. I expect we can get some payments people involved (e.g., program committee).

Hmm. I think that January is pushing it by the time this is announced; last-minute airfares are expensive.

@mnot How much lead time do you think you need to get good airfares? (The Process requires at least eight weeks notice for most workshops.)
