The report-uri directive has been specified as deprecated and replaced by report-to. What is the timeline of actually stop supporting the report-uri directive?
This would have consequences for browser extensions which at this moment of time don't have the ability to configure a report-to header. This is currently being proposed in the webextensions w3c: w3c/webextensions#97

The usage of report-to is still extremely low and the vast majority of CSPs only use report-uri, also because the Reporting API is still experimental. I believe (and looking at MDN seems to confirm) that report-to is only implemented by Chrome at the moment.
