Automate release process

Create a GitHub action that can be manually triggered. It should be ran against a branch, and should take one parameter "version". This GitHub action should then:

• Update the CHANGELOG to convert Unreleased to the version
• Duplicate the changelog update to https://github.com/wardenenv/docs
• Update the version file and tag the commit
• Push the tag (not the branch)
• Update https://github.com/wardenenv/homebrew-warden
• Create a draft release
