When I opened #19, which you have accepted and merged (thanks!), I also updated the README to mention that the built sysroot can be downloaded from the releases folder.

Can you publish the current CI build as a (pre-)release? That would make it easier for anyone to directly download the sysroot without referring to CI build artifacts (which will also expire over time).
