Password Management Bug in 4.8.1

Hello Team,

According to the documentation for changing passwords for Wazuh API and indexer users i.e. /usr/share/wazuh-indexer/plugins/opensearch-security/tools/wazuh-passwords-tool.sh --change-all --admin-user wazuh --admin-password wazuh, similar command was ran on version 4.8.1 but gave the below output:

But when I run same command on lower versions (tried on 4.8.0 and 4.7.5), I get the intended result as below:

It seems this could be a bug in 4.8.1.

Hi @shegzon @zangcc ,

This is caused due to wazuh/wazuh-packages#3005 changes, and its documentation PR #7412 was incomplete.

Assigning it to @wazuh/devel-devops and moving to wazuh/wazuh-documentation repo
