Migrate 5.0.0 PRs from wazuh-package to the new repository

After migrating the installation assistant scripts to the new repository, some changes were targeted at the master branch and we have to migrate to 5.0.0 in the new repository, the changes are the following:

• Dependencies installation is reworked in Installation assistant wazuh-packages#3002

• Change apt to dpkg for better performance wazuh-packages#3004

• Added check when generating certificates for multiple DNS wazuh-packages#3006

• Change cert-tool to use only one wazuh-certificates folder wazuh-packages#2998

• Updated config.yml file wazuh-packages#2980

• Solve bugs when changing passwords in the manager, indexer and dashboard services wazuh-packages#2968

• Fixed typo in Wazuh Installation Assistant wazuh-packages#2962

• Print on console the wazuh user's password when installing Wazuh server. wazuh-packages#2957

• Improved service status and output management in Installation assistant wazuh-packages#2953

• Fixed API password change to match the user in wazuh.yml wazuh-packages#2946

• Check that the code is the same as in the master branch of the other repository
