Hi, your work is impressive. I run the mesh_demo.py on your data and it perform well, but running on my video took with iphone does not fit the hand well. What is the reason, wrong Affine transformation matrix ​ or the inconsistent data distribution?

The robustness of this method is highly related to the quality of the bounding box for cropping the hand region. You also need to crop the hand in the video to get plausible results.
