Just a single way to understand bootstrapping which is ubiquitous to people and code
The value is to have aligned knowledge and predictable ways to extend it with consistency

AC

  • defined a single bootstrapping workflow that is delivered in different ways: manual or cli
  • added to the user documentation
  • aligned existing documentation
