@SergeAstapov So it seems we need a different workflow that can be triggered which will run the "release" and commit the newly created tag.

It will be much easier to not have to do this from my computer, and if there's a workflow that can handle that aspect would be easier.

Should also probably move the publish out of the CI workflow into its own.
