[TASK] Prepare tangle-avs for local,testnet,mainnet deployments

Overview

The current Tangle AVS has some commented out code with respect to the operator file. We should also begin documenting and specifying the node specs and organizing documentation for running this. We should create an easy shell script that also downloads the tangle binary / repo (and builds it) if this is not included.
