[TASK] Blueprint contracts don't ship with eigenlayer support

Overview

When a new blueprint is created, the repo ships with the Tangle Blueprint Manager contract. We should add a cli command that allows a developer to add the templated Eigenlayer contracts to the system. This way the can switch on-the-fly.
