Green Screens problem in Vídeo Chat

Description
Use front camera in this softwares, video chat appears with green screens.
It ONLY occurs with software based in webrtc, and in low luminosity (above 1000 lx).

I did new test and i founded another correlation.

the video ONLY appears green screens when câmera is moving. If câmera is stablish, not exist green screens.
