Inconsistent documentation between English and French #2330

In README, there is a section about compilation and execution in the French version:

Which is missing in the English version.

Similarly, the English version of Code of Conduct contains a link to Values and Ethics Code for the Public Sector:

This is absent in the corresponding French version.
