Safari is currently the only user agent that clears the browsing context name upon cross-origin navigation of a non-auxiliary top-level browsing context and doesn't seem to restore it when going back in history.

Firefox also doesn't store browsing context name in session history and we'd rather not add that.

/cc @rakina @camillelamy as I think this is related to #5350, in that name was one of the pieces of state discussed.

I tested this again and it definitely appears to be restored. We'll likely add tests as part of adding this in Firefox. See #5871.
