When working with libpostal - not inside a container - i'm getting this error:

2018-04-30T08:03:58.706Z - ESC[31merrorESC[39m: [libpostal] http://localhost:8080/parse?address=51%20Clifton%20Ave%20%20Newark%20: {"timeout":250,"code":"ECONNABORTED","errno":"ETIME","retries":3}
2018-04-30T08:03:58.707Z - ESC[33mwarnESC[39m: [api] unknown geocoding error string: Timeout of 250ms exceeded

In addition, it looks like the API instance is using just 1 core out of 4, my goal is to make pelias lots of requests per second, any ideas?
