Hello! This is likely due to your IP being ratelimited by GitHub's API. Reasons for this could be that you're using a shared public IP. What you can do is either of the following:

  • Install and configure (authenticate yourself) the gh cli. This will make it so your personal access token is subject to rate limiting, rather than your IP address. (recommended)
  • specifying a version to install, for example :LspInstall [email protected]
  • use a VPN

Doing specifying a version to install, for example :LspInstall [email protected] and then re-installing without the version worked. Thanks for the help.

This error still happening for some reason. I tried to install the latest sumneko_lua version and got:

I think you're missing the v: :LspInstall [email protected] (it needs to be the same as the tag names themselves)
