No scrollbar in old version Chrome

vBookmarks version 1.3

No scrollbar in Chrome 15-18.

Chrome 19:

• Ignores option "Remember previous state (scroll position and opened folders)."
• In a global setting Chrome "Page zoom: 110%" or more, pop-up automatically resizes the width (expand folder "Bookmarks bar").

Fixed in ver 1.4.
Now scrollbar will appear in both Chrome 15-18 and Chrome 19+.
Option "Remember previous state (scroll position and opened folders)." works on my side.
Global zoom setting will affect pop-up page. I'm not sure whether this is a original feature. And you can change its own zoom setting in option.

Chrome 15-18 - OK.
Chrome 19 - again double scrollbar (issue #1)

Problem with "Global zoom setting..." appears to have inherited from Neat Bookmarks. I found similar issue: https://github.com/cheeaun/neat-bookmarks/issues/32

OK. I don't have Chrome 19 now. I'll fix it in next version.
