will do soon, currently working hard on fixing RN sync issues in EarlGrey
the branch will be merged soon https://github.com/wix/detox/tree/Stressful-Tests
after that, the road is clear for making it more user friendly and adding matchers

@sibelius, since v4 detox is being injected at runtime, no need to link any native dependency.
