[feature request / quality-of-life] make notification less obtrusive

Basically, what it says on the tin can:
make notification less obtrusive, specifically smaller, at the bottom of the drawdown list, and ideally not occupying the (always overcrowded) status bar.

The latter seems particularly rare and tricky thing to do which most developers don't bother with (which is why notification bar is such a mess) but it seems doable, specifically skvalex CallRecorder apk has pulled it off (sadly it's not opensource )

Could you please look into this? My status bar and drawdown notification list are dying :)
