Android TV SAF seems to be broken

Hi! I have two TVs in my house, one of them is a normal andorid tv and google tv (still android tv) both android 11. And I have an external hdd which is connected with an USB to the TV. After I set up the FTP it works well with TV's internal storage, but I can't choose anything else, because it says "SAF seems to be broken on your device". What can I do with it? Neither of my tv's work with it.

That is too bad.
I fear there is not much we can do about it.
You can try to gather some information that would help investigate.
E.g. Log file of this app and version codes of the android version on those devices.
But I have little hope it would really help ....
