목표

isReady에서 data.length가 0일 경우 ready가 되지 않았다고 판단하여 발생하는 이슈
GET 결과가 비어 있는 array인 경우를 고려해야 함
GET 결과가 없는 경우 검색 결과가 없다는 UI를 표시하도록 수정
