Applied Filter Pane Chips

While we currently have the ability to add a FilterBar, it would be ideal to optionally display a list of applied filters at the top of the filter pane. This would be displayed as a list of filter chips (similar to the current FilterBar functionality), with the filter name and value in bolded text. Each chip would have an "X" that would allow the user to remove that filter value.
