[Glass] Simulation GUI does not save/open does not respect all states

When using the simulator I closed the 'timing' and 'other devices' windows and saved the layout but they still appear when opening the simulator.

Also, the keyboard settings are not respected at startup, If I open the keyboard settings window it will suddenly load the settings from the file.

I can reproduce the timing and other devices windows appearing portion, but I can't reproduce the keyboard settings issue. If I change the quantity of buttons or the keyboard assignments, those are loaded at startup without the need to re-open the settings window. Can you describe the keyboard issue you are seeing in more detail?
