Right now if...else has a weird name: ifelseARG. And worse, this is visible to the user.

There should be a syntax for declaring this without the ARG and more generally in a natural way. For example:

def if (cond:Boolean, tt:IfTSL.FnExpr) else (ff:IfTSL.FnExpr) : Dyn = IfTSL.doif(cond, tt, ff)
